The product consists of two parts. AIL12-MASTER in connection with AIL12-EI is a device designed to monitor the presence / drop-out of three phase voltages in the low voltage network. AIL12-MASTER is a concentrator designed to monitor, collect and record data from the AIL12-SLAVE measurement units through the RS-485 interface.

AIL12-SLAVE

Basic properties of output interface:

  • Communication with AIL12-MASTER through RS-485 according to proprietary protocol

  • Communication speed of RS-485 9600 Bd

  • Phoenix QC 1/4-ST-BUS type connector

  • Possibility to configure the address by a mechanical switch in the 1 to 16 range

Basic properties of input interface:

  • Monitoring of presence or drop-out of three mains voltages

  • Voltage presence LED signalization for every input - S1 to S3

  • Measurement inputs in connection with AIL12-EI conform with STN EN 61010-1: max. 600 V, CATIII

  • 1 s measurement interval

  • Detection of input voltage presence > 70 V rms

  • Connection of inputs through external AIL12-EI impedance to screw clamps with maximal section of connected wires 2,5 mm2

  • Period of requesting of Skalar to communicate in the range 10 - 2400 min

  • Period begins always after the last communication

  • Time filter of voltage build-up in the range of 1 to 240 s

  • Time filter of voltage drop-out in the range of 1 to 240 s

Basic properties of output interfaces:

  • Output to communication / superior system through RS-485, protocol according to the STN EN 62056-21, mode C norm, with special and also universal serial number. Universal serial number has 12089999 form

  • Communication speed of RS-485 9600 Bd

  • Event signalization (drop-out or recovery of voltage) by non-potential switch contact (max. 100 V, 100 mA), turned off in the default position

  • Connection of switching contact as well as communication line to screw clamps with maximal section of connected wires 2,5 mm2
